WILDEST INTERNATIONAL SAFARIS: 6-Day Namibian Safari for Three Hunters in Pursuit of Oryx and Warthog
Come and join Wildest International Safaris on a 6-day safari in pursuit of oryx and warthog (trophies to be shared by hunters.)
Included in this hunt are services of a licensed hunting guide, tracker and skinner, hunting vehicle and support team, field preparation of trophies, delivery of trophies to local taxidermist or shipping agent, and full accommodation in luxury chalets with catering and laundry service and VAT.
You will fly into Hosea Kutako International Airport/ Windhoek (WDH) Airport which is the capital of Namibia. Once landed in Windhoek Airport our local staff will greet you and transfer you to the lodge. We have over 100,000 hectares of hunting area. Mostly spot walk-and-stalk.
Most of the hunts are 2x1 guided. We use 4x4 trucks to move in between the hunting areas and then we spot and stalk. Sometimes we travel between 10 to 30 minutes to different hunting areas.
Additional hunters are welcome at $490/day and observers at $190/day.
Important note: our program requires that each of the three hunters take at least one additional trophy outside the donation package. The donation is only valid for three hunters.
A deposit of 20% of the extra trophies required to book dates (minimum required $500 per hunter if the 20% off the extra trophies does not exceed $500.) This deposit will be a credit towards: government tags per trophy, extra trophies, gun rental, and ammunition. If the hunter doesn't apply for the tags there is a chance there will be a limit on the number of trophies to be harvested. Balance must be paid 45 days before arrival.
Trophies that are not hunted will be refunded.
The donation must be used within 24 months of the purchase date.
Not included in the donation are hunting license ($150), rented rifle ($25/day), transportation to/from airport ($100 RT), ammunition, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, transfers to other hunting areas, preparation and packing, documentation and export of trophies from Namibia by a taxidermy, insurance and medical expenses, air charters and any pre/post safari accommodations or meals.

Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder, the donor and/or the shipper of their choice. HSCF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until HSCF receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

Our mission is to preserve the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the promotion of our hunting heritage. Our members come from a diverse background and have a wide variety of hunting, fishing, outdoor and other interests. AUCTION RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following rules apply to all bidders participating in online bidding and must be followed unequivocally. All decisions of the auctioneer will be final. The auctioneer and HSCF staff will render decisions on any disputes regarding the bids during the auction.
HSCF supports and promotes hunts and trips from donors who are members in good standing with their local and national hunting associations.
Some items, as components of donated hunts, may or may not be included unless specified. This may pertain to travel expenses to and from destination; hotel and meals before and after the hunt; alcoholic beverages; trophy dipping, packaging and shipping; gratuities and other items. Please review the details for each auction item.
Most hunt donations have specified dates for which they may be taken. Special arrangements other than as set forth in the auction descriptions are expressly between the donor and the auction winner.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense.
The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each winning bid. At the conclusion of the auction, the winner will receive an email acknowledgment and a paid invoice once payment has been processed.
In the event the winner's card is declined, HSCF will make one (1) attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, HSCF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer the item for resale.
HSCF online auction winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
Online bidders agree to not interfere or disrupt the standard working function of any aspect of the online auction, via any device, software or other means.
If an active bidder is not satisfied with an aspect of the online auction, the bidder's only recourse is to discontinue use of the online auction system prior to the conclusion of bidding or the purchase of an item.
HSCF reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction and/or to void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and offer any goods affected by any malfunction for resale.
All disputes regarding HSCF auction items purchased during this auction shall be submitted in writing to HSCF. All disputes and/or requests for refunds must detail and demonstrate proof of dispute. HSCF, at its sole discretion, may or may not approve a requested refund, based on the evidence and information provided. Credits or refunds will not be given, for any reason that is beyond the control of HSCF, if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item with the time frame described in the auction description. Credits will not be provided by HSCF for any item for which the donor and buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction description as provided during this auction.
For any approved credits or refunds, which will be made at the sole discretion of HSCF and are final, the credit or refund will not exceed the amount allocated to HSCF for the specific item, in the case of items for proceeds are to be shared with any third party.
