UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Cody Firearms Museum records office fax confirms configuration of rifle & shows a ship date of 2-27-1874 to order number 1039. CONDITION: bbl. & action blue is fading to mottled gray/brown showing touch up finish & scattered light pitting. Wood has worn finish showing scratches & handling marks w/ a deep gouge in right side of wrist. Action shows wear, hammer drops to half cocked position lever is closed.
