HISTORICAL NOTE: Introduced in 1903, the Winchester Model 1903 was Winchester’s first commercially successful semi-automatic rimfire rifle and an important early American self-loading sporting rifle. Its takedown design allows the barrel/forearm assembly to separate from the receiver for easier transport and storage.
