Named First Lieutenant Harold Jones. Jones was a co-pilot on a B-17 Flying Fortress. He served from November 3, 1943 to December 27, 1946 as part of the 482nd Army Air Force. Silver Dollar on his A2 Flight Jacket. Flight jacket in good condition. Includes dress uniform with hat, dress Ike jacket, patch and hat with name, also in good condition. Also includes framed silk escape map scarf, photos, and information on him. Some information included is the original copy. Silk scarf was always worn around Jones's neck as he flew to keep his jacket from rubbing against his neck. Information is provided by one of his grandchildren.
