Preview for this auction will begin at 8:00 am August 25th 2018. All items can be picked up starting Saturday August 25th 2018 between 11:00 am - 5:00pm. Other Pick Up dates: Tues 28th-Fri 31st. 9:00-3:00. Please email sara@switzersauction.com Friday if you are picking up so we can organize your items. If you are not picking up we will ship items starting Monday August 27th, 2018. We will combine items from all sales for shipping. We don't have room to store packages for lengthy periods of time and will not be held responsible for items left on site after Friday August 31st. Shipping Details:
SHIPMENTS: All items shipped in Canada are sent by Canada Post, CANPAR or UPS depending on location, size of parcel and regulations. Items will be insured and a signature required. We can ship ammunition within Canada ONLY. Ammunition has to be shipped by Courier CANPAR or UPS ONLY. Ammunition is heavy and therefore a minimum charge would be roughly $30.00 to ship. Shipping charge will be determined after preparation. If possible firearms and other items will be packaged together.
All firearms and ammunition must be shipped to an address that matches your address on file with the CFO.
You will be charged for the cost of shipping, a box & handling fee, insurance and tax. You will be emailed a tracking number by the shipping company.This should happen when your parcel leaves our facility. Your credit card will be charged for shipping at this point.
PICKUPS: If you would like to pick up your items we are ONLY available Saturday August 25th 11:00- 5:00, as well as Tues 28th - Fri 31st 9:00-3:00 only the week following the auction. Please email us at sara@switzersauction.com to make arrangements for pickups. Please make prior arrangements so we can have your items ready for you. We don't have room to store packages for lengthy periods of time and will not be held responsible for items left on site after Friday the 31st. USA BUYERS: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERMITS AND CUSTOMS, DUTY CHARGES IF APPLICABLE! Your purchases will be shipped once we have received import documents from you. U.S.A. requires a completed ATF Form 6 completed by a licensed FFL Dealer. NOTE: NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED TO THE U.S.A. SO BUYERS BEWARE. Contact ATF at (304) 616-4550 for more info, or your local authority. Shipping a firearm to the U.S. ranges from $80+. We will not ship ammunition to the USA.
International Buyers (other than USA):We will no longer ship any firearms or ammunition to international buyers. We can still ship other items in our sale if you are able to import them. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERMITS AND CUSTOMS, DUTY CHARGES IF APPLICABLE! The purchases will be shipped once we have received import documents from buyers country if required.
Payment Details:
Your credit card provided to us will be charged for your purchases on August 25th. If we are shipping your products to you a second charge for shipping will occur once your product is ready to ship. A $25.00 non processing fee will be added to any credit cards that we can't process. Please ensure that we have the correct number, and expiry. Recurrent problem payers, may be banned from future sales.
International buyers will be required to pay by "WIRE Transfer"

FIREARMS SALES CANADA: a valid P.A.L. is required to purchase firearms in Canada.
