Banner measures approx. 58” x 23”. / 1 WWII German party banner featuring a printed black party symbol on a sewn circular disc all on a red field. The base and both sides have 1 1/4" white fringe edging. Banner measures approx. 31” x 20”, including fringe. / 1 WWII German battle flag featuring a printed black party symbol on a printed white circular disc all on a red field with a Maltese cross on the canton. The hoist is marked “Kr.Fl. 100x170” & “Lorenz Summa Sohne Oberkotzau”. Flag measures approx. 64” x 37”. / 1 WWI German battle flag featuring a black, yellow, blue & red printed eagle on a circular disc all on a white field with a Maltese cross on the canton. The hoist is unmarked but has a loop at one end and a length of rope at the other. Documents include an 1865 discharge, an 1861 Connecticut volunteer service enlistment, an 1861 Connecticut promotion certificate to corporal, and an 1896 GAR enrollment certificate. / 1 CDV of Calvin Nobles of the 17th Connecticut infantry along with a letter from him written from Camp Wells near Alexandria, Virginia. / 4 Empty issue boxes for the WWI US Victory Medal. / 1 Tattered cockade that reads “GENERAL COMMITTEE”. / 1 Victorian style women’s belt signed “PARISTYLE BUTTON CO.” featuring 8 Roman revival medallions on a 2-strand flat chain belt. CONDITION: flags generally show light wear and minor staining. One of the Russian flags is tattered on the ends. Ephemera shows expected wear. Cockade is quite tattered. Other items show light wear.
