Herbert Froehlich who survived the Scuttling of the Graf Spee in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1939, rode the Dresden back to Germany and transferred to the ship Atlantis, the album follows his tour including battles at sea and photographs of the Graf Spee being scuttled. BIDDING
Bidding advances shall be regulated by the auctioneer and shall be at his discretion. He or she has the right to refuse any bids. Some of the items offered at auction are subject to a reserve. A reserve is a minimum price agreed upon by the consignor of the property and the auction house. The auctioneer may bid on behalf of the consignor in order to reach the minimum sale amount. If the minimum amount is not reached, the auctioneer may pass the item. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of clients and vendors, but shall not be liable for errors or omissions in executing instructions to bid. PAYMENT
