Lot comes with 2 scrapbooks, various photos, flight jacket, and dress jacket with pants. Scrap book pages are in poor shape but photos, currency, and newspaper articles are still intact. Includes photos of servicemen and aerial photos from training exercises, rescue, and battles. Most photos have names and years written on the back. Jacket has Air Apaches patch. Jacket cuffs and waist are worn but still in good condition. Named Joseph F. Zacek. Original tag is present on jacket. Includes dog tags and medals. Zipper reads "Talon" and is in working condition. Dress jacket and pants have been kept clean and have all the buttons. Dress jacket size is 37S. Very good condition overall.

All items must be picked up from auction house within 5 days. Any item left over 5 days, will be charged $20 per day storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made.

We work very hard for the consignor as well as the buyer. The auction moves fast between the auctioneer, the on site bids, and the live internet bids. Because of this, one little delay, or what we call 'hiccup' in the internet connection, can cause an online bid to be missed. We apologize if this happens, but it is sometimes inevitable. Please be aware of this when attending a Proxibid auction.
Due to the element of Third Party Auctions and the reliability/unreliability of technical issues, we reserve the right to end an auction early or extend an auction as we see fit. We value our customers, both buyers and sellers, and try very hard to ensure an exciting, smooth, successful auction! We are happy and willing to work with you under any circumstances.

Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Donley Auction Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live or timed auction. Donley Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the Proxibid feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Donley Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
