English made solid frame double action revolver chambered for .476 Center Fire, manufactured by P. Webley & Son for the Royal Irish Constabulary. Features a blued finish, 4.5" bbl, brass round blade front sight, 'v' notched rear sight, fluted six-shot cylinder, pivoting loading gate, swing-out ejector rod, rounded trigger, knurled hammer spur, lanyard ring and one-piece checkered wood wrap-around grip. Markings: Top Strap - "P. WEBLEY & SON" & "LONDON & BIRMINGHAM," Left Side of the Frame - "WEBLEY'S/R.I.C./No1 476CF," "NEW MODEL," [W&S bullet logo], & "84731." The right side of the frame shows a couple English proofs and Egyptian Police markings. The revolver retains approximately 70% of it's old blued refinish with the balance of the metal surfaces drifted to brown patina. Action is sound with some play in the lock-up, bore is good with scattered light rust towards the muzzle, markings are good and the wood grip is near good as worn semi-smooth with a small chip on the right side.
