'Webley-Wilkinson-Pryse' Cased top-break double action revolver manufactured by P. Webley & Son for the Wilkinson Sword Company, circa 1905. This revolver was a slightly modified Webley revolver sold by the famous sword maker as a retain item and marked with the Wilkinson name. It features a high polish blued finish, 5 7/8" octagonal barrel with sighting rib, nickel-silver blade front sight, fixed rear sight with platinum sight triangle, fluted six shot cylinder, bright finished hammer & trigger, lanyard ring, and finely checkered one-piece walnut grips. Includes a British style oak display case with screw enforced lid, green baize lining and four compartments including a 24-round cartridge block with six live rounds. The top of the barrel rib is engraved "WILKINSON & SON, PALL MALL, LONDON." and the left side flat of the barrel is stamped with "HW" inside of a Star-of-David. The serial number 8572 is found stamped on the left side of the frame & grip, and the numbers 78034 can be found on both the barrel & cylinder. Revolver exhibits approximately 50% of it's bright blued finish showing moderate with with several light scratches and high point edge wear. Action is crisp[ with good lock-up, bore is near excellent with a few specs of surface rust and walnut grips are very good showing moderate handling wear.
