This is a 7-hunting/day, 1x1 guided hunt for Kuban Tur in Russia for one hunter. Schedule this rifle hunt with outfitter for open dates August - November 2020 or 2021. PRO has a proven track record of successful outfitting in the Caucasus for Kuban Tur, Mid-Caucasian Tur, Dagestan Tur and Caucasian Chamois. This hunt is done on foot and possibly some horseback. The Caucus Mountains are rugged, high-elevation terrain. However, PRO’s tented base camps are at ~5000 ft, and most of the Tur are encountered in remote country at 10,000 ft or lower. Included are spike camp accommodations, meals, 1x1 guide service, trophy fee for Tur and field prep, interpreter during the hunt, meet-and-greet in Moscow and assistance transiting/clearing customs during the trip. Not included are international and domestic flights, hotel before and after the hunt, visa, dipping/packing/shipping, gratuities, CITES permit ($200) and license/permit fees ($400). Arrival/departure point for the hunt is Mineralnye Vody airport (via commercial flight from Moscow) where you will be met by a company representative and taken to the Karachayevo-Cherkessia hunting area. 3. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
4. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased. Users agree that any arbitration or remedies sought in any way will be initiated within the closest local jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH MID-ATLANTIC BOWHUNTERS CHAPTER OF SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
SERVICES: ALL SERVICES, HUNTS OR OTHERWISE, IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR AND ARE TO BE FURNISHED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CONTAIN THE SAME RESERVATION SET FORTH UNDER “GOODS” ABOVE. THE SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF MABC-SCI. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
