Elk Hunt

Dates: October 24 – October 28

Mule Deer Hunt
Private Ranch
Location: Cimarron, New Mexico
Dates: October 31 – November 4
Terrain: Private ranch (11,000+ acres)
Style: Targeted hunting with higher success potential
The Hunt
Hunter will meet up with their guide at a pre-determined location within Game
Management Unit 53 on October 23, 2026. Start hunting Elk on October 24, 2026, for a
full 5 days of hunting. October 29, 2026, break camp and move to Deer Camp, Hunter
would have time at this point to get some Laundry done or restock any personal items
needed. On October 31, 2026, starts a full 5 days of chasing trophy mule deer. Hunter
is Highly encouraged to also purchase an over-the-counter Bear tag, for the not so rare
chance that they are encountered during the hunts or successful early in the elk/deer
hunt, they can continue hunting with the guide for bear. All meat will be transported and
stored in a walk-in cooler at the deer camp site until the hunter’s departure.

Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. NNMSCI assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until NNMSCI receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes NNMSCI to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Auction Terms and Conditions
Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A. Travel expenses to and from destination
B. Hotel and meals before and after the hunt
C. Alcoholic beverages
D. Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E. Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31, 2018. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations will require delivery at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and the IRS for more information.
Disclaimer of Liability
Goods
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by NNMSCI and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, ammunition, or other items, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of NNMSCI. NNMSCI makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. NNMSCI does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Services
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by NNMSCI. NNMSCI shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, NNMSCI cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can NNMSCI be accountable for any inquiries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, NNMSCI shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
NNMSCI is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
