Winchester Model 1873 lever action rifle, .38-40 caliber, 24” octagon barrel, wood stocks, S/N 335264, in overall good un-cleaned condition displaying a dark patina to metal surfaces with scattered areas oflight to moderate erosion and pitting, good action, decent bore and wood stocks showing scattered old mars, dings and scratches from carry and storage; old hairline crack on lower right side of fore stock(Antique). Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
