Winchester Model 1894 lever action takedown rifle, .32-40 caliber, 26” octagon barrel, blued finish, wood stocks, sling swivels, S/N 880526, in overall very good condition showing the majority of its original bluedfinish on the barrel assembly and areas of original blue on the receiver with some areas of surface erosion; very good to near fine bore, crisp action and markings, good wood with scattered old mars and dings to the butt stock from carry and storage. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
