Winchester Model 1912 Model 12 Take Down Pump Shotgun in 12 Ga
Condition is good overall and appears to function as intended.
Wood is excellant with no cracks - Butt pad is hard plastic and original.
Please note that there is 2 oval marks opn left hand side of receiver
Appears to be heat damage? See picture.
Bluing on barrel is very good - Receiver has some wear marks on edges and a
light speckling where magazine meets the receiver.

The Winchester Model 1912, also commonly known as the Winchester 1912 Model
12 or M12 is an internal-hammer pump-action shotgun with an external tube
magazine.
Popularly named the Perfect Repeater at its introduction, it largely set the standard
for pump-action shotguns over its 51-year high-rate production life.
From August 1912 until first discontinued by Winchester in May 1964, nearly two
million Model 12 shotguns were produced in various grades and barrel lengths.
Initially chambered for 20 gauge only, the 12 and 16 gauge versions came out in
1913 (first listed in the 1914 catalogs), and the 28 gauge version came out in 1934.
A .410 version was never produced; instead, a scaled-down version of the Model 12
known as the Model 42 directly derived from scaled drawings of the Model 12
was produced in .410.

When shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. We ship mainly at cost via Canada Post. We aim to have items out the door within 15 business days after auction close.
Please note that due to restrictions we will ship all Ammunition by courier Canada wide - No ammo can be shipped outside of Canada.. We will use whatever coourier serves your location ....
We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date.
Items over $200 will be insured and a signature 18+ is required (unless under $200 or going by letter mail).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON LOTS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO YOU.

A $40.00 late payer fee will be added to any invoice that can't be processed at the conclusion of the sale. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct number and expiry date. Recurring problem payers will be banned from future sales. Bidders are responsible for full payment of all their purchases at the drop of the hammer. Our Consignors are paid based on the hammer price. We will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts until the amount is paid in full. Any purchase which has not been fully paid will be resold at the next available opportunity. Our normal commission charge (14%) will apply on re-sale. Any balance remaining unpaid after the resale will be referred to our collection agency, and or small claims court.

No employee of KOS Auctions is authorized to make any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale other than the CEO.
KOS Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the online listing. All ratings in the online listing are subjective and are of visual opinion, no mechanical inspection is undertaken by KOS unless stated. Any concern on a listing must be addressed via email before the closing of the auction.
Any items that are purchased that we are not able to deliver will be sold at the next opportunity, regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.
We require your full correct name and a mailing address for your items won. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall KOS Auctions or its associcated companies be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. If we sell firearms that have been previously de-activated by others, these may not meet current or exportable standards. Firearms de-activated by other may or may not have a “de-activation letter” available. We are not able to search for letters for firearms de-activated by others.
