TERMS

The WYOMING Dallas Safari Club (Wyoming DSC) which is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to Wyoming DSC are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for the deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
Hunter must be eligible to hunt in Wyoming and must follow the rules and regulations for hunting in Wyoming. Credit card or check are both accepted. A 3.5% fee will be charged on credit card purchases.
Any bid made at the Wyoming DSC auction constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction.
All auctions are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items.
Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. The winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has been processed. In the event the card is declined, Wyoming DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, Wyoming DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item. If the winner of the auction refuses to pay the premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid.
Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Wyoming DSC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Wyoming DSC;s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Wyoming DSC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
All items auctioned have been acquired or obtained by Wyoming DSC from third parties. No services auctioned are to or will be performed by Wyoming DSC.

All items auctioned are sold “as is.” Wyoming DSC assumes no responsibility for the validity of the descriptions, authenticity, or condition of any item donated for auction. Wyoming DSC makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied regarding any property or service sold at auction including, but not limited to, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of Wyoming DSC.

INSTRUCTIONS
There is no deadline to submit the application and license fee. Please allow two (2) weeks to process and return your license prior to your intended hunt. When requesting last-minute license issuance, twenty-four (24) hour notice is required. This is to ensure arrangements are made for the appropriate personnel to be available to issue the license.
Applications with payments included can be mailed to the WYGF office without your hunt area and type. They will gladly hold your application and payment until you are ready to have the license issued. Please be advised if you are a Wyoming resident, you will need to sign your application. Nonresident applications can be signed by anyone.
Applications can be sent via “overnight” mail. If you would like the license sent back to you or to another location via “overnight” mail, a prepaid label is required. Department employees are not permitted to handle customer credit card information over the phone to provide this service. FedEx or UPS is recommended to ensure your overnight request is delivered promptly.
Once a license has been issued, a duplicate can be purchased for $7.00 at any of the Department’s regional offices.
The original application form must be returned for license issuance. This form cannot be copied. The printing of duplicate applications is intended for selling organizations who did not receive their original application or they cannot locate it. The Department will only issue duplicate license applications at the request of the selling organizations for the reason explained.
Once the license is issued, the license cannot be cancelled, fees refunded, or transferred to another individual. In addition, the license cannot be changed to another hunt area/type or carried over into the next hunt year.
