Yukon big game outfitters holds 63 grizzly tags and operates in the largest guide concession in Canada of 21,600 sq miles. Having harvested many old and record grizzly's they are offering hunters an option at either a spring hunt or fall hunt to take place in 2023 or 2024. Please contact Shawn for available dates for this 11-day trip. YBGO has a high success rate on their grizzly hunts and depending on the hunt, caribou or moose may added to this hunt on a harvest fee basis if quotas allow. This is a horseback or back hunt if taken in fall; and jet boat / Argo hunt if taken in spring. Shawn’s guides are very experienced, long-term employee's that provide a great hunting opportunity. Shawn has owned this concession for 10 years and fly's his own super cub to support his guides and hunters while on their hunt. Reach out to Shawn to see the bears he has been harvesting over the last 10 years and you will be impressed. This is a fully guided hunt that includes: lodging (main camp and remote spike camps), meals, trophy/meat care, transportation during the hunt (charters not included), and transportation of trophy to shipper. Not included: 5% GST tax, Hotels in Whitehorse before/after hunt, Tag and License ($800), government harvest fee ($500 for male, $750 female), Bush Charter ($2900), tips, and trophy fees for additional animals should quotas allow.
