Yukon Big Game Outfitters holds a strong population of Grizzly Bear’s in their guide concession, which is the largest in Canada at 21,600 sq miles. YBGO has harvested many old record book Mountain Grizzly’s of varying color phases. They are offering hunters an option to take hunt in the spring or fall of 2023 or spring of 2024. Spring hunts are conducted out of jet boat and fall hunts by horseback. Please contact Shawn for available dates for this 11-day trip. YBGO has a high success rate on their grizzly hunts and depending on the hunt, caribou or moose may added to this hunt on a harvest fee basis if quotas allow. Shawn’s guides are very experienced, long-term employee's that provide a great hunting opportunity. Shawn has owned this concession for 10 years and fly's his own super cub to support his guides and hunters while on their hunt. Reach out to Shawn to see the bears he has been harvesting over the last 10 years and you will be impressed. A fully guided hunt that includes: lodging (main camp and remote spike camps), meals, trophy/meat care, transportation during the hunt and transportation of trophy to shipper. Not included: 5% GST tax, Hotels in Whitehorse before/after hunt, Tag and License ($260), government harvest fee ($500 for male, $750 female), Bush Charter ($2900), Gratuities and trophy fees for additional animals should quotas allow. Additional hunter or non-hunter are welcome.
