This is an 11-Day Fully Guided Interior Grizzly Hunt for 1 Hunter. Yukon Big Game Outfitters holds 63 grizzly tags and operates in the largest guide concession in Canada (21,600 square miles). Having harvested many old and record bears, they are offering hunters an option at either a spring hunt (May 15th to June 15th) or fall hunt (August 25th to Sept 5th) in 2022 or 2023. Discuss with the outfitter for a confirmed date on this 11-day trip.
Yukon big game outfitters have a high success rate on these bear hunts and depending on the hunt, caribou or moose may be offered from outfitter price list on harvest fee terms if quotas allow. This is a horseback or back hunt if taken in fall, and jet boat or Argo if taken in spring time. Shawn’s guides are very experienced and long-term employee's that provide a great hunting opportunity. Shawn has owned this concession for 10 years, and fly's his own super cub to support his guides and hunters while in the bush. This fully guided hunt that includes: lodging (main camp and remote spike camps), meals, and trophy/meat care. Not included: Hotels in Whitehorse before/after hunt, Tag and License ($800), Bush Charter ($2900), tips, and trophy fees for additional animals. These hunts are conducted in proven areas where you stand your best chance at taking a mature bear.
