This is a ten day horseback hunt for a trophy Stone’s Sheep Ram in the Glenyon Mountains Yukon Territory. The hunt includes 1 on 1 guide service, all meals, trophy care and accommodations in cabins while hunting. Although this is listed as a horseback hunt, the hunter should be prepared to do some backpacking if necessary. The lucky high bidder is responsible for air travel to and from Whitehorse, Yukon and should plan on an overnight stay in Whitehorse prior to and after the hunt. Hotel costs run around $300.00. The hunter is responsible for the $700.00 license/permit fees and the air charter to base camp which is $1800.00. The trophy fee for a legal ram is included in this donation, along with Wolf, Black Bear and Wolverine. The hunt may be upgraded to include moose, caribou or grizzly bear, however the trophy fee for these animals is not included. The hunt can be scheduled for August 2014 or postponed to 2015. Additional hunters can hunt for extra cost of $36,000.00 and a non-hunter for $5000.00. This can be a rifle, muzzleloader or archery hunt. Trophy Stone Outfitters is exhibiting at the Expo.
