The Namibia Professional Hunting Association (NAPHA) was founded in 1974 in order to promote Namibia as a hunting destination internationally and protect the right to hunt locally. Today NAPHA has over 400 Hunting Professionals (Hunting Guides, Professional Hunters and likeminded supporters) as registered members. The Association has an excellent working relationship with the Namibian Ministry of Environment and Tourism, and is instrumental in advising on new legislation, whilst supporting Conservation endeavours.

For the international hunting clientele, one of the main attractions of hunting in Namibia, is the high standard of ethics maintained by the members of the Namibia Professional Hunting Association (NAPHA)

As a voluntary, non-profit organization, NAPHA is dependent on membership fees, donations and fundraisers. An annual fundraiser is tied to our Annual General Meeting, to ensure continuity of our Conservation endeavours.

We are a museum, place-based education provider, and advocate for wild sheep conservation. We provide education for wild sheep, wildlife, and wild lands.

The National Deer Association (NDA) is a national, non-profit wildlife conservation organization with a mission to ensure the future of wild deer, wildlife habitat and hunting. The NDA has members in all 50 states and several foreign countries. Since 1988, the NDA has worked to promote sustainable, high-quality deer populations, wildlife habitats and ethical hunting experiences through research, education, advocacy, and hunter recruitment. The NDA teaches deer hunters how to improve local deer populations, habitat and hunting experiences.

The mission of the National Wild Turkey Federation is no less urgent today than when it was founded in 1973. What we do in the coming decades will be instrumental in not only enhancing wild turkey populations but also in the continuation of hunting and quality wildlife habitat for countless species across the west like elk and mule deer to name a few. NWTF is a nonprofit with a 501 C 3 status, which allows contributions to be tax deductible to the extent of the law.

NWTF is securing the future of the North American Model of Wildlife Conservation by increasing the number of hunters. We have recruited over 1,526,852 hunters over the last seven years.

Nevada Bighorns Unlimited (NBU) is a non-profit, grassroots wildlife conservation organization. 2,100 of its 3,000 members will be present at NBU’s only fundraiser, a one-night banquet, raffle, and auction on April 4, 2014.

The mission of the organization is to protect and enhance Nevada’s wildlife resources for sportsmen, outdoor and wildlife enthusiasts for this and future generations. NBU volunteers do this through the reintroduction of big game, habitat conservation and improvement, public education and participation, biological and scientific research, and the influence of public policy.

NBU has raised millions of dollars and logged thousands of volunteer hours in support of Nevada’s wildlife.

The Allegheny Mts. Chapter of SCI is an organization of dedicated individuals working to promote youth hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities right here in Central Pennsylvania. Our mission is to utilize our time, funds and talents to give as many of our area youth as possible a chance to enjoy the great outdoors around them. Whether it is a kid’s fishing derby, a youth bird hunt, or a wish hunt for a youth hunter with a disability, the Allegheny Mountains Chapter of SCI is there with the support needed to make it happen. Now in our 18th year, our chapter has been able to help many, many youth experience their own adventures, and with your continued support will keep on doing just that.

The Arizona Chapter of the Safari Club International (AZSCI) has been promoting wildlife conservation and protecting hunter’s rights for 47 years. We are Southern Arizona’s leading organization in hunter education courses, junior hunting camps and various conservation projects around Arizona. The AZSCI has funded and provided volunteers for eight water catchments in region 5 of the state as well several annual desert clean ups. With a board of 12 hunters the AZSCI has been able to maintain an extensive partnership with the Arizona Game and Fish Department, furthering our abilities to promote hunter education and safety.

The AZSCI headquarters are located in Tucson, AZ, which is home to the Safari Club International and the International Wildlife Museum. The chapter’s current membership is at 205 members and steadily growing. The chapter produces an annual banquet for our members, prospective members and sponsors at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort located in the foothills of Tucson. Our five year partnership with Team Shockey and the annual Jim Shockey Golf Tournament has given us opportunity to aid his Wounded Warrior project and further our capabilities to aid in our mission to protect and educate hunters and conserve our beautiful state.

Protecting hunters' rights and promoting wildlife conservation, SCI's two areas of focus, historically has been the interest of hundreds of individuals long before SCI was established. But how did SCI as an organization begin?
Forty years ago, there were many safari clubs across the country made up of local, unaffiliated groups of hunters. One such was Safari Club of Los Angeles, which was formed in April 1971 by forty-seven individuals. In early 1972, an out-of-towner from a similar club in Chicago attended one of the monthly Wednesday night meetings, and it was decided that the L.A. club should attempt to combine with the one in Chicago to make it an affiliated chapter. The founder of Safari Club of Los Angeles, C.J. McElroy, went to the Windy City and instituted the new chapter.
Eleven months after the formation of Safari Club of Los Angeles, on March 9, 1972, the name was changed officially to Safari Club International. SCI continued to reach out to other independent safari clubs throughout the United States in an effort to combine them into a single overall organization.
Today, interest in SCI's two primary missions has grown a worldwide network. Subsequent involvement and promotion of these missions is rooted in each of our 55,000 members, supported through each of our 190 membership chapters found across the globe, and put into action by government representatives and personnel both nationally and internationally.
In this way, we can encourage an appreciation for nature and wildlife so that conservation efforts remain strong, while also fighting to protect our rich hunting heritage. Big changes can be achieved through the endeavors of many who are united in a mission – the mission of Safari Club International.

The Greater Dacotah Chapter (GDC) supports SCI’s efforts to protect hunting around the world, and fulfill countless conservation, educational, and humanitarian projects that make a difference. The annual banquet and auction is our largest source of fundraising, which allows us to be a strong voice in hunting and conservation advocacy today and into the future. The Greater Dacotah Chapter is a strong advocate of the North American Model of Conservation! Over the past 16 years GDC has provided over $650,000 in funding for conservation and hunter advocacy both in South Dakota and worldwide! GDC has consistently held Chapter of the Year status because of our outreach efforts for hunters, conservation, humanitarian, youth hunting adventures and education, Safari Care, Sportsmen Against Hunger 1-million-mark, Wounded Warrior, shooting range development, and wildlife law enforcement efforts! To support & promote ethical hunting practices as a major benefit for wildlife conservation and mans sustainable reliance upon wildlife

The Iowa Chapter of Safari Club International will hold its annual fundraiser on June 26, 2021 in Clive, Iowa. The event is held at Horizon Events Center and the doors open at 2:00 CST and the event should conclude approx. 10:00 CST. We will feature many quality hunts and adventures from around the world which will be on the auction block that evening. The chapter has a rich history with many of the donors and some chapter members have been to many of the featured experiences. The proceeds from the auction benefit three main avenues, which include conservation, humanitarian, and education issues. The chapter has been active locally as well as internationally by supporting a sensory trailer that appears at events around the state, sponsoring a “Jack Hagens Great Buffalo Giveaway” that provides ground bison and pork for the food insecure of Iowa, sponsoring the National Archery in the Schools Program, Scholastic Clay Target Program, Public Service Messages to encourage mentoring of more hunters, land acquisition, as well as programs within SCI.

The Kansas City Chapter of SCI (KC-SCI) was established more than 36 years ago and is extremely active in local conservation and educational projects within Kansas and Missouri. Each January or February, KC-SCI hosts one of the largest Hunters Banquet & Auction in Missouri. What really places this Banquet in a class of it’s own is that 70% of the proceeds remain in Kansas and Missouri to be used for local projects as determined by our members.

In 1977, after hearing about a new organization called Safari Club
International, a small group of hunters from Lehigh Valley decided to
form a local chapter. With the leadership and direction of the founding
President, Cook Schiavone, the Lehigh Valley Chapter of Safari Club
International was born. Their main objectives were to support hunter's
rights and show the local community how important hunters are to the
preservation of wild animals.

By 1993 membership had hit in excess of 300 and was still growing.
The Lehigh Valley Chapters' accomplishments were climbing and we
became well known and supported in the surrounding community.

Membership had grown to well over 600 by the end of 2002. We have
partnered with the Pennsylvania Game Commission, as well as with
many other organizations, helping to fund new projects such as
purchasing new hunting properties, helping to make the elk
management and hunting program a reality, feeding the hungry by
supplying much needed harvested meat to many food banks and many
other projects in a list too long to mention here.

We are proud to say the Lehigh Valley Chapter is still growing. If you
are a resident of the Lehigh Valley, and surrounding area, and have a
passion for hunting and the outdoors, why not make a difference in
your community and join us?

WE Support the mission of SCI through local activities which serve local interests and needs, emphasizing safety, humanitarian efforts, youth activities, and hunters rights.

Lewis and Clark Chapter of the Safari Club International is the local interest chapter of Safari Club International and is headquartered in and around the Vancouver, Washington , and Portland, Oregon area.

Lewis and Clark Safari Club International has an established Sportsmen Against Hunger program, has organized a group of dedicated certified hunter safety instructors conducting multiple classes, joined in a partnership to restore the Columbia Whitetail deer to Native American tribal lands, published an SCI National award winning newsletter, and successfully raised funds with three annual fundraising banquets.

Further, through membership in Washingtonians for Wildlife Conservation, and Hunter's Heritage Council, we have joined with like minded organizations to work at the state lawmaking level to preserve hunters' rights. Our membership is now approaching 200 people and it continues to grow every year.

Safari Club International Louisiana Chapter was founded in 1976 to represent the state. Since its founding, the Chapter has supported numerous conservation projects in the state and has been a consistent advocate for ethical hunting and conservation at home and abroad.

SCI Manitoba is made up of a group of individuals who have come together to promote and protect the rights of hunters and wildlife conservation at a worldwide level. This was the motivation to start the Manitoba Chapter of Safari Club International (SCI)

SCI Manitoba has a dedicated group of individuals who volunteer their time serving on the board representing the SCI membership by working collaboratively with other like-minded Manitoba organizations promoting our hunting heritage.

Safari Club International (SCI) Miami Chapter is a South Florida extension of Safari Club International, an organization devoted to the protection of hunting rights worldwide. SCI Miami Chapter was formed in December 1997. For 2021, our annual fundraising event will be entirely online. We look forward to sharing some exciting hunts for everyone to bid on today!

The Michigan Chapter of Safari Club was only the third chapter to form in 1973, when the international organization began. The Michigan Chapter is one of the largest chapters in the world, and proudly acknowledges four International Presidents who originated from our fraternity.

Our Chapter consistently invests over $100,000.00 per year in local hunting and wildlife programs. Through donations to Safari Club International, the Michigan Chapter is credited with assisting many significant projects nationwide and abroad.

As a very proactive chapter, the Safari Club Michigan Chapter is dedicated to the conservation of wildlife, education and protection of hunters' rights and are proud to be the recipient of International's 2003 Diamond Conservation Award.

SCI Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter is dedicated to protecting and promoting our Hunting and Outdoors Heritage. Our annual fundraiser auction supports pursuits of Hunting, Camping, the Shooting Sports, Fishing and all the activities we outdoorsman and women cherish. The proceeds are used to support projects such as the 4-H Shooting Education program, Hunters for the Hungry, Suburban Whitetail Management, the American Wilderness Leadership School (giving educators hands-on experience to bring to classrooms across America), and Operation Second Chance for Wounded Warriors.

Conservation of wildlife and protection of the hunter. We find no irony in this because we believe that conservation and hunting are not only compatible, but inseparable.

We believe that habitat and wildlife must be kept in balance, and we believe that wisely managed hunting is one of the best ways to accomplish this. Professional wildlife managers have shown us over and over again that total protection often is not conservation. There simply are too many examples of what happens when species are allowed to exceed levels that space and food supplies can support.

The right to pursue wild game has been handed down to us through the centuries, and we intend to protect this cherished heritage. But when a species is threatened because of habitat loss, political neglect or a natural disaster, Safari Club International steps in with money and effort.

SCI members are proud to be helping preserve wildlife species through our hunting fees and our financial and political support for professional wildlife management. We believe a species is best served when local people realize conserving the species provides them immediate and long term economic rewards.

Our Cause

Please help protect our right to hunt, help to provide assistance to handicapped hunters, help great organizations such as the Salvation Army and the Montana Rescue Mission with their humanitarian aid efforts and help to educate our youth on the benefits of conservation. Northern Michigan Regional Chapter of Safari Club International is a 501 C (4) tax exempt organization. The Chapter was chartered by Safari Club International in 1998. The Chapter operates with a volunteer staff – there are no paid employees. The Chapter is based in Alpena, Michigan but the Chapter’s membership list includes individuals from locations all over northern Michigan, a number of states within the US, seven Canadian Provinces, Mexico, New Zealand and South Africa.

The Northeast Michigan Chapter has four primary project focuses: Safari Wish - designed for young people who are critically ill and/or who are challenged physically or mentally; Michigan Heroes – designed to provide a hunting experience for active duty service men and women who have been deployed to the Middle East; Sportsmen Against Hunger – designed to provided processed wild game to homeless and/or economically disadvantaged individuals in northern Michigan; and, educational programs designed to expose young people to the out-of-doors and to teach them about the role that hunting plays in wildlife conservation. All Chapter activities are currently funded with resources generated by the Chapter’s annual auction/banquets and donations from Chapter members.

“Into the Wild” will be the 14th annual banquet/auction of the Northeast Michigan Chapter – Safari Club International. “Into the Wild” is scheduled for March 2 and 3, 2012 at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa near Traverse City, Michigan.
