10-day Siberian Ibex Hunt for One Hunter
Siberia:  Ostbye’s Hunting Tours and Jack Atcheson and Sons, Inc. –  Ansten Ostbye of Ostbye’sHunting Tours and Jack Atcheson, Jr of Jack Atcheson and Sons, Inc. are donating a 10-day Siberian Ibex hunt for one hunter in the Western Sajan Mountain, Southeast of Abakan.  These mountains border on the south of Mongolia. The hunt and travel is 10-days with 7-days of actual hunting.  Ideal habitat for a variety of game, its mountains and basins contain good numbers of Siberian Ibex and Brown bear.  Hunt includes trophy fee for one Siberian Ibex, lodging, meals, 1X1 guide service, transportation to and from the hunting area, export license for trophy/CITES certificate, and import license for hunting rifles.  Hunter may take a second Siberian Ibex for trophy fee.  Arrival and departure point is Moscow, Russia.  Hunters take a commercial flight from Moscow to Abakan, then travel three hours by car to the reservoir on the Jenisej River, then by boat another 8-10 hours to base camp.  Hunt is by foot from large boat or hike to overnight spike camps in alpine basins.  Hunt does not include before and after hunt expenses, airfare to and from Moscow, hotels, overweight baggage, trophy fees, and gratuities.
