SAFARI INTERNATIONAL MACEDONIA - 7-day 1x1 wolf rifle hunt for one hunter and one non-hunter in Macedonia - includes trophy fee. Macedonia is one of the best destinations for wolf hunts and the region around Sv. Nikole and Shtip (where the hunt will take place) is known world-wide for their large wolf population. The hunt is conducted mainly at night from a blind using thermal night vision. The option of a drive hunt is also available when five or more hunters are present. This hunt is available 2018 or 2019 and may be upgraded to include any of the following species at current price list: kri-kri ibex, wild boar, hybrid kri-kri ibex, Balkan chamois, Alpine chamois, Carpathian chamois, Alpine ibex, racka sheep, mouflon sheep, red stag, fallow deer, brown bear and wild turkey. Additional hunters and non-hunters are welcome at current rates. This donation includes airport assistance, rifle import permit, ground transportation, meals, beverages, lodging during the hunt, professional hunter, field prep, skinning, salting, trophy care, hunting license, hunting permit and insurance. Not included are hotel and meals before/after the hunt, trophy packing & shipping at $500/box, CITES permit at $500/per wolf, airfare, phone calls, gratuities and 18% VAT. Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder and the shipper of their choice. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT (PLUS BUYER'S PREMIUM) OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR DALLAS SAFARI CLUB (DSC), DSC FOUNDATION (DSCF) AND DSC FRONTLINE FOUNDATION (FRONTLINE)
GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC, DSCF AND FRONTLINE. SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC, DSCF AND FRONTLINE. DSC, DSCF AND FRONTLINE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. No services are to be or will be performed by DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE and neither entity shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC, DSCF and FRONTLINE cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC, DSCF and FRONTLINE shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
•DSC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to the Dallas Safari Club for auction items would be tax deductible.
•DSCF is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to DSCF are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
•DSC FRONTLINE is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to FRONTLINE are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
•THE CONKLIN FOUNDATION is a qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization under IRS regulations. Please consult your tax advisor for deductibility of your payment or donated item
12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR DSC, DSCF AND FRONTLINE. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the DSC Convention, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the DSC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The DSC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE. DSC, DSCF and FRONTLINE auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the DSC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of DSC and all Board decisions are final.
