Welcome to Bordeaux, a city that blends timeless refinement with the pleasures of good living. With tree-lined boulevards, elegant stone architecture, and a thriving culinary scene, Bordeaux is the beating heart of French wine country. Each day invites you to slow down — to savor, sip, and see the beauty that surrounds you.
Michelin-Starred Dining at Le Pavillon des Boulevards
Step through the doors of Le Pavillon des Boulevards, and the world outside fades to a hush. Soft lighting glows against crisp white linens, crystal glasses catch the flicker of candlelight, and an air of anticipation lingers — this isn’t just dinner, it’s a culinary performance.
Your evening begins with a blind tasting menu, a beautifully orchestrated journey where each course is a revelation. The chef, a true artist of modern French cuisine, weaves together seasonal ingredients and local inspirations, transforming them into dishes that are as stunning to behold as they are to taste. From the first delicate amuse-bouche to the final whisper of dessert, flavors rise and fall in perfect harmony — earthy, bright, luxurious, and unexpected.
Each bite tells a story of Bordeaux’s bounty: tender fish kissed with beurre blanc, vegetables that taste of sun and soil, and sauces so velvety they linger like poetry. The experience is intimate and sensory — the gentle clink of silverware, the aroma of truffle and wine, the quiet satisfaction of a moment that feels utterly timeless.
By evening’s end, you’ll understand why Le Pavillon des Boulevards is more than a Michelin-starred restaurant — it’s a love letter to French gastronomy, crafted to leave an impression that lasts long after the last morsel of food.
Private Bike Tour with Wine Tasting
Experience Bordeaux as the locals do — on two wheels, with the wind in your hair and the scent of fresh baguettes and blooming vines drifting through the air. On this private, three-hour guided bike tour, you’ll glide along the elegant boulevards, riverfront promenades, and cobbled lanes that make Bordeaux one of France’s most bike-friendly cities. Your expert guide will bring the city to life through stories that blend its storied 18th-century grandeur with its vibrant, modern-day energy.
Pedal past graceful stone bridges arching over the Garonne, golden façades that glow in the sunlight, and hidden squares where locals sip coffee beneath wrought-iron balconies. Each turn reveals another layer of Bordeaux’s charm — a living postcard of history, culture, and effortless elegance.
Your ride leads to the Musée du Vin et du Négoce, an 18th-century wine merchant’s cellar turned museum, where the scent of oak and aged cork fills the air. Here, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of three Bordeaux wines, each glass revealing the region’s character and complexity — the minerality of the Left Bank, the richness of the Right, and the perfect balance that defines Bordeaux’s legacy.
It’s more than a tour — it’s a sensory journey through Bordeaux’s soul, where history, movement, and the art of wine intertwine in perfect rhythm.
Your Stay: Comfort in the Heart of Bordeaux
Return each day to your elegant city-center apartment, a haven of comfort after days filled with discovery. Gather with friends for a toast to the day’s adventures or step outside into a neighborhood alive with the rhythm of Bordeaux life. Every detail — from the warmth of local hospitality to the city’s effortless charm — invites you to slow down and savor la belle vie.
