Examples of Rebecca Creek's whiskey and bourbon provided below:
Fine American Whiskey - 80 Proof: Aroma: Pleasant and sweet, with hints of light vanilla and soft oak barrel notes shining through. Taste: A light-bodied, Texas bourbon taste with subtle oak and rye bread characteristics.
Finish: Ultra-smooth whiskey with very minimal oak heat.
Straight Bourbon Whiskey - 90 Proof: Aroma: Softwood phenolics, sweet sugar smell from the sour mash, very minimal alcohol heat detection.
Taste: Softwood tannins, the slight cinnamon spice notes one gets with bourbons aged longer than 9-10 years, and smooth alcohol heat and flavor levels. Finish: Medium Oak-level heat, smooth and easy finish with vanilla and caramel flavors.
