Nestled in the heart of the mystic badlands of the “Sierra del Burro” Mountain Range in Northern Coahuila, Mexico lies the El Chupadero Ranch. This family-run ranch spans nearly 70,000 acres of prime desert and remains one of the few “Big” ranches left in Old Mexico. A traditional Mexican-style ranch house sets the stage for an experience of a bygone era with just the right mix of modern amenities. Your host and 4th generation owner, Alberto Valdes Fisher, a certified master measurer, invites one hunter on a genuine 7-day 1x1 Mexico hunting adventure for 1x whitetail deer, 1x Carmen Mountain deer, 1x desert mule deer, 2x javelina, 3x predators (coyote/bobcat) and 25x quail per day - included are the trophy fees for all species, including size for any mature buck. Method of take is rifle .270 or higher; not allowed are .223 or anything > 8mm. This free-range hunt is available November, 2019 through January, 2020 or any following year during the same period and may be upgraded to include additional species at current price list or additional deer at $4,500 each. Up to three additional guests are welcome at the rate of $15,000 for hunters (for 3x deer) and $1,350/day for non-hunters. Transportation during the hunt is mostly by vehicle and foot with hunting done by spot & stalk. This package includes field prep, dip & pack service, licenses & permits (included at $990), ground transportation between Eagle Pass or San Antonio and the ranch (included at $350), lodge accommodations, soft drinks/juice/water and all meals. Not included are transportation to shipper, gun permits at $450, gun rental/ammo (if needed), gratuities and accommodations before/after hunt in Eagle Pass, TX (needed for late arrivals/departures only) at $100-$150/night. Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder and the shipper of their choice. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.

GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
•DSC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to the Dallas Safari Club for auction items would be tax deductible.
•DSCF is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to DSCF are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
•DSC FRONTLINE is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to FRONTLINE are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
•THE CONKLIN FOUNDATION is a qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization under IRS regulations. Please consult your tax advisor for deductibility of your payment or donated item
12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR DSC, DSCF AND FRONTLINE. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the DSC Convention, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the DSC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The DSC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE. DSC, DSCF and FRONTLINE auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the DSC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of DSC and all Board decisions are final.
