THIS IS A FUND-RAISING AUCTION FOR MANITOBA SCI. ALL BIDS ARE A BINDING CONTRACT AND TO BE PAID IN PERSON AT END OF BANQUET, IF ONLINE, YOU WILL BE SENT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR WINNING BID. ONCE YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT, YOU WILL GET A LETTER AS WELL AS THE OUTFITTER SO YOU CAN ARRANGE YOUR TRIP. YOU ARE BUYING WHAT THE AUCTION SAYS, SO READ CAREFULLY. ONLINE BIDDERS PAY A 3.5% ONLINE SURCHARGE.
We are a non-profit organization committed to protecting hunter’s rights and keeping our hunting traditions alive for generations by actively lobbying on behalf of hunters at a local, state, provincial, federal, and international level. We help fund hunter-conservation education, youth and veterans’ programs, conservation efforts, and humanitarian programs locally, regional, nationally and internationally.
Welcome to our 13th Annual Fund-raising Banquet and Auction for the Manitoba Chapter of Safari Club International. SCI is the largest hunting organization in the world that supports the rights of hunters and the freedom to hunt, while protecting all the game species of the world for future generations to enjoy. Legal and moral hunting, and putting a value on wildlife is the only way to keep the wilds full of animals. Hunters have contributed more to conserving wildlife then any other group on the planet. You should all be proud to stand up and say that you are a HUNTER. Manitoba SCI, your chapter, continues to support and fund conservation, education, and humanitarian projects locally and around the world. We continue again this year with another bursary, as well as some kids school programs and anti-poaching projects over in Africa. We have and will continue supporting the Blue Bag program, and to date have delivered bags to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Romania, and Nunavut. This year MB SCI is delivering eyeglasses to needing villages in Africa.
Safari Club International Manitoba Chapter is First for Hunters is the leader in protecting the freedom to hunt and in promoting wildlife conservation worldwide. SCI and your SCI MANITOBA chapter, through projects that YOU help fund, show that hunters play a big part in conservation and in turn will allow wildlife to thrive and be the renewal resource that they are, so that future generations can enjoy the hunt. We again have top notch items for auction, as well as some fun games of chance. The best way to experience one of these fantastic trips, is to raise your hand and be the high bidder tonight, you will have a great time with these tried and true outfitters and at the same time, you will be helping Manitoba SCI fund our projects. Hunting has been under attack as of late, and will always be, and organizations like SCI and your local Manitoba Chapter have helped fight the fight. SCI is “first for hunters” and has been at the forefront of this for over 6 decades. We ALL must have the highest respect for the land and the animals we hunt and help properly manage them so future generations will be able to hunt
