Lochinvar Safaris New Zealand – Join long time WSF friend Mark Harrison for a 5 1/2-day/5-night Himalayan Bull Tahr hunt for one hunter and one observer on private land and free range on the South Island of New Zealand. Hunt is a spot-and-stalk hunt, guided by Mark Harrison and his professional guides. Lochinvar Safaris New Zealand is on a 25,000 acre ranch in the beautiful Southern Alps near the Orari River, on the South Island of New Zealand. This hunt includes luxury lodge accommodation with Wi-Fi, meals, beer and wine, trophy fee for one free range trophy Bull Himalayan Tahr on private land, all government taxes, 1x1 guide services, delivery of trophies to Christchurch taxidermist for shipping, and use of firearms if required. Hunt may be upgraded to include other species: Red Stag, Fallow buck, Elk, Chamois buck, Arapawa rams, feral goats and wild boar are available. Not included are before and after hunt expenses, packaging and shipping of trophies, NZ firearms permits ($25), and gratuities. Hunt may be extended and upgraded per pricelist. Arrival/departure point is Christchurch International Airport. Schedule hunt with outfitter for available dates during April - July, 2019 or 2020. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
