Our comprehensive package is designed to provide you with a seamless and worry-free experience. Starting from your initial pick-up on Day 1 to your final drop-off on Day 9, your adventure encompasses: - 8 nights of comfortable lodging, - 7 full days of guided hunting by experienced professionals, - All meals and local beverages prepared by our skilled chefs, - Comfortable transportation throughout your stay at the lodge.

- Sharing, swapping, or trading of animals between hunters is strictly prohibited. - Multiple donation certificates affiliated with Safari Anyone LLC cannot be combined for the same hunt booking. This includes transitioning between outfitters within the Safari Anyone LLC network without receiving written permission in advance. - The package can be customized with additional hunters, non-hunters, specific animal hunts, sightseeing excursions, and extra nights at the camp, each available at prices listed on our website. Please note that indemnity forms must be signed before the safari's commencement.
What is not included in your package: - Taxidermy services- Special trophy registration fees- Preparation or shipping of trophies, which can be arranged through your outfitter or taxidermist for an additional fee. - Specialized liquor can be provided for a fee upon request. - Rifle rentals and ammunition are available at $75 per person per day.
Airfare to Johannesburg International Airport (JNB), South Africa, where you will be warmly greeted, is not included in your package. We offer convenient round-trip shuttle service from JNB to the hunting camp, approximately four hours away, for $350 per person. This seamless service ensures that you are picked up upon exiting customs, alleviating the potential stress associated with translations, domestic hotel stays, domestic airfare from JNB to camp, and ground transportation.

To ensure an enriching experience, we recommend booking your safari dates promptly. Please remember, all hunts must be completed by November 30th of your second year. If you are booking within your second year, this must be finalized by December 30th of the prior year, and tickets must be firmly booked with ticketed airfare. You will need to present a paid flight ticket to the outfitter at least 90 days before your arrival to finalize in-country paperwork; otherwise, your safari may be subject to cancellation.

Shipping Details:
Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder, the shipper of their choice and/or donors. DSC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES DSC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT (PLUS BUYER'S PREMIUM) OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Check or money payment excepted by request. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (6% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR DALLAS SAFARI CLUB (DSC), DSC FOUNDATION (DSCF) AND DSC FRONTLINE FOUNDATION (FRONTLINE)
GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC, DSCF, or FRONTLINE and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC, DSCF, AND FRONTLINE. DSC, DSCF, AND FRONTLINE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE SAME. DSC, DSCF, FRONTLINE do not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the live auctions, silent auctions, and raffles have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF DSC, DSCF, AND FRONTLINE. DSC, DSCF, AND FRONTLINE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. No services are to be or will be performed by DSC, DSCF, or FRONTLINE and neither entity shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC, DSCF, and FRONTLINE cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, pandemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any or all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC, DSCF and FRONTLINE shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
•DSC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to the Dallas Safari Club for auction items would be tax-deductible.
•DSCF is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to DSCF are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for the deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
•DSC FRONTLINE is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to FRONTLINE are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for the deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases.
12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR DSC, DSCF, AND FRONTLINE. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the DSC Convention, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the DSC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The DSC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays, or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE. DSC, DSCF and FRONTLINE auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by DSC. If a refund or credit is approved by the DSC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of DSC and all Board decisions are final.
A 3 percent credit card processing fee will be added to all transactions.
