Join Jimmy Owens and the hard working team at Lost Creek Outfitters for one of the most dynamic hunts in North American – Mountain Lion. The Big Horn Basin of WY has an outstanding lion population and avid hunters have a good chance to harvest a quality tom. Lost Creek Outfitters have their own dogs and they ensure that there is an extra helping hand on each hunt. You can use the weapon of your choice; rifle, handgun, muzzleloader or bow.
This is a seven day hunt with travel days on each end so plan for nine days total. Included in this hunt are transportation to and from the airport in Cody, WY along with all meals and lodging. The hunt also includes skinning of your lion and transport to a local taxidermist/ shipper. The hunt is good for the fall/winter of 2019-2020 or fall/winter of 2020-2021.
Lost Creek specializes in Wyoming hunting areas 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. These are the areas where they spend their time hunting shed antlers and guiding pack trips, in the spring and in the summer – and where they guide trophy hunts for mountain lion, deer, elk, and sheep in the fall and in the winter.
The value of this hunt is $6500.

• All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
