South Africa: Bayete Group - Join the team at Bayete Group in South Africa for this hunt for one of Africa’s Big Five. Whether you refer to it as Mbogo, Black Death or simply the Cape Buffalo it is one dangerous critter and deserves a lot of respect. This hunt is for six days and seven nights for one hunter and one observer and includes all food and accommodations during the hunt, local beverages and wine, transportation to and from the airport, all daily rates, all field transportation, 1x1 guiding, and the trophy fee for one Cape Buffalo Bull. Each of their camps have an abundance of plains game and other species of dangerous game that may be added at the cost indicated on their pricing sheet. Not included in the package are airfare, a fully refundable booking deposit, rifle importation fees, VAT, gratuities, taxidermy, trophy shipping, customs brokerage fees, local spirits, imported wines and spirits. We don’t believe in hidden costs. Bayete will provide estimated pricing for taxidermy, rifle importation, shipping, brokerage costs, etc. so you will have a full understanding of what you will spend before you get to Africa. Additional hunters are welcome - generally at the daily rate - contact us for a tailored quote. Please note - to lock in hunting dates, Bayete Group requires a deposit of $1,000 to confirm your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your hunting dates should you decide to cancel or reschedule your trip. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
