HUNT DESCRIPTION:
7 Day Rifle Hunting Safari in the LIMPOPO OR FREE STATE/NORTH WEST region of South Africa for 2 Hunters on a two-on-one basis.
Donation includes daily rates for 2 hunters for 7 hunting days including trophy fees mentioned above
• Hunters have to pay their own way to Johannesburg Airport. -Hunters will first be met on night of arrival at Johannesburg International Airport.-Lodging and full board are included in our famous South African Style Lodges. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Safari to take place during 2020 or 2021 during dates that are still available. • The animals or any part of the donation cannot be exchanged or refunded if not taken as it is
donated. In the unlikely event of the hunters to not having and an opportunity at the animals included in the donation, it may be exchanged for a trophy of similar value. • Hunt may not be taken in conjunction with another African hunt. • Additional days may be added at $300 per day (excl. 15% Gov Tax) • Additional hunters may join the safari at $300 per day (excl. 15% Gov Tax)
• Non-hunters are at the cost of $250 per day (excl. 15% Gov Tax) • Additional trophies may be taken at year of travel’s price list.Please consult our website for more information.
TRIP SCHEDULE:
DAY 1: LEAVE USA \ DAY 2: ARRIVE IN JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA- This is the arrival day and full board and lodging at our
luxurious African lodge just 30 minutes from the airport @ $180 per person (Excl. 15% Gov Tax) \ DAY 3: Hunt day 1 \ DAY 4: Hunt day 2 \ DAY 5: Hunt day 3 \ DAY 6: Hunt day 4 \ DAY 7: Hunt day 5 \ DAY 8: Hunt day 6 \ DAY 9: Hunt day 7 \ DAY 10: Travel back to airport for evening flight back to USA. \ DAY 11: Arrive back in the USA
ADDITIONAL DAYS MAY BE ADDED TO THE SAFARI AT COST MENTIONED ABOVE
DONATION INCLUDES:
• Trophy fees for the animals mentioned in the above - taken, wounded or lost • Daily fees for amount of days specified which include:? Transfers to and from Johannesburg Airport.
? Services of a Professional hunter and use of hunting vehicle ? Accommodation, full catering and daily laundry service ? Local Liquor in moderation ? Field preparation of trophies and delivery to local shipping agent
DONATION EXCLUDES:
• Any species not specified in the donation or additional animals – at the pricelist rates of the year that the hunt takes place in.• Dipping, packing and shipping of trophies • Accommodation before or after contracted safari period – Arrival day @ $180 per person (Excl. 15% Gov Tax • All airfare • Gratuities and personal expenses, phone calls • Cost of additional days and additional hunters or trophies.
