Join our friends at Africa Maximum Safaris for 5 trophy animals shared with 2 hunters. This donation is for two hunters on a two on one hunt and two observers. Trophy animals donated are one of each species to be shared by the hunters. The package includes 5 species: Blue or Black Wildebeest x 1, Red Hartebeest or Burchelle Zebra x 1, Impala x 1, Blesbuck x 1 and Springbuck x 1. The hunting season is from 1st of February 2026 to 30 November of 2026 or 2027. The donation is for 8 hunting days, and hunters will be hosted at Africa Maximum safaris luxury lodge. The eight hunting days will be on concessions of Africa Maximum Safaris in the North West Province of South Africa. We have over 300,000 acres of combined concessions to hunt. The Northwest Province hosts an array of different species of game. If trophies are taken early, the clients will not be required to suspend the duration of days donated for hunting. The hunt may be upgraded, with extra hunters or observers at normal rates (as per the price list), extra trophies to be hunted, or extra days booked either on hunting or touring, as the client wishes to tailor the package. This hunt is available for the 2026 or 2027 season. Contact the outfitter for the best available dates. Included in the donation is field preparation of trophies; dipping and shipping are not included in the donation. The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. Airport transfer to and from the Africa Maximum Safaris lodge is at an additional cost of $ 890 for the group of 4 people. No permit drawing or lottery is required for this hunt. Weapons to be used: Rifle only – 375 for dangerous game and 30 caliber and bigger for plains game. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. Rifles can also be rented from Africa Maximum Safaris. To bring weapons into South Africa, an export permit from the United States is required. At South African Customs, the gun owner will supply the necessary import permit, on which a temporary firearm license will be issued. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts, services or physical items purchased during the Live Auction. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts, services or physical items must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• Alaska Wild Sheep Foundation (AK WSF) is not, and will not act as a conduit or go-between for the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF’s Live Auction Purchase Agreement sales receipt.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF. AK WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction Purchase Agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
